Jonathan's digital career started when Tim Berners-Lee was plotting the World Wide Web. After a stint at Nat West Bank and IBM in 1995, he joined SMI Group, a high tech pan-European ad agency, where he consulted in online marketing and web strategy for clients such as Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. Following SMI Group's purchase by the global ad agency Publicis in 1998, Jonathan became Internet Development Director of Publicis Technology before moving on to found FIFO in June 1999.
Jonathan is also the founder of Emarketeers, specialists in digital marketing training, strategy and consulting.
If he's not working, you might find him doing a Rick Wakeman impression behind his bank of keyboards.
Jaki has been involved in digital design in the UK for over 14 years. Having cut her teeth at Dorling Kindersely during their "multimedia heyday", she went on to head up the digital creative team at Publicis Technology before jointly founding FIFO in 1999.
In her long career, Jaki has worked with a huge array of clients from blue-chips and SME's to start-ups.
Jaki is also Australian and is therefore capable of swimming 150 lengths in her lunch hour.
For the past 11 years, Bryan has managed web development projects for prominent brands including Nectar, Interactive Investor and banking software provider Temenos.
Bryan has a strong commitment to web project management focusing on information architecture, brand definition and content strategy. His work has helped Nectar win "Best Retail Website" in the British Interactive Media Awards. He has also been instrumental in developing Interactive Investor from a start-up proposition to one that has been listed on AIM.
He also happens to be on a health kick so don't give him any chocolate!
Peter is FIFO’s head of technology and gets his hands dirty with the technical implementation. He originally trained in physics before turning his skills to web development. With over 9 years experience developing for the web, Peter has an extensive knowledge of PHP, mySQL, Object Oriented Programming, Rapid prototyping, AJAX and Social Networking. The list goes on.
Peter is active in the open source community and has contributed to PEAR, the PHP Extension and Application Repository, and is involved in the Kohana, Symfony and MODx projects.
Peter's alter ego is that of Baritone hero Papageno in Mozart's "The Magic Flute".
