Who We Are

Our History

FIFO Digital Media was founded in June 1999 by Jonathan Saipe and Jaki Grosvenor, both of whom were previously Directors of Publicis Group's interactive department. Having honed their skills at a large global agency supporting corporate and in some cases multi-national clients, they realised that client needs could be best met among a small specialised and cost effective team of individuals where the client expectations were met on budget and on time.

Since then FIFO has accumulated an impressive and varied portfolio of clients from SME's to blue-chips in a wide variety of sectors.

Virtual Agency

Now in 2008, FIFO is run as a virtual agency with Jonathan and Jaki managing their network of talented designers and programmers with whom they have worked for over a decade. Utilising this approach, FIFO are able to cherry pick the ideal designer(s) or programmer(s) per project rather than employing a permanent member of staff ill-suited to a particular job.

This virtual method not only works from a skills perspective, but it reduces our overheads thereby categorically reducing our fees making FIFO an attractive option for potential clients.

Core Services

Our core services are focused on delivering digital solutions to our clients, and in turn, creating tangible and quantitative return-on-investment for them. Broadly, these services include: digital design, ecommerce solutions, business solutions and online marketing. To support our client's digital marketing strategies, FIFO has offered traditional design services such as print design and production as part of an integrated strategy.
