FIFO were approached by Carnoisseur to build a web platform that would support its fast growing franchise business of automotive retail outlets opening around the UK.

FIFO's aim was to create a website with the core objective of increasing brand awareness, as well as to enable shoppers to find their local Carnoisseur outlet.
With a predominantly male audience, comprising car enthusiasts and potential franchisees, the design style adopted was inevitably bold with a strong retail flavour.
With the number of franchisees growing year on year, a permissions-based content management platform was implemented to allow each local franchisee to modify their own content online. This would not only empower local marketing but also develop a sense of ownership.
