As part of a brand repositioning exercise, Charteris required an overhaul of their website in order to meet various objectives including: new brand messaging, improved information architecture, SEO friendly web design and permissions-based content management.
After an initial scoping phase carried out as a series of workshops run with Emarketeers, FIFO's sister agency, a final information architecture and taxonomy was agreed that combined user-centricity and SEO. FIFO based the design on the synergistic relationship between business and IT, very much at the heart of the new brand proposition, and imagery was chosen to reflect this symbiotic relationship.
