The solution created by FIFO provides content management via Calligram Application Server enabling Haden BML staff to add, edit, delete sections and pages as well as maintaining an up-to-date recruitment database allowing the website to organically evolve over time. Related items per section allow easy cross-linking to pages or articles of interest which enhances the visitor experience and retention, as well as increasing search engine optimisation by promoting deep linking throughout the website. From a design perspective, the focus is on the people behind the brand with a pedigree of excellence offered by Haden BML in all its activities and offerings; this is depicted by the use of real-life photography of Haden BML employees at work rather than stage stock library imagery.
